Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients 
9” frozen deep dish pie shell
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1 /2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1 stick melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Starting with buttermilk, mix remaining ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.  Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. for 45 more minutes.  Cool and allow to set.
