Cocoa Cake-in-a-Mug
This is ready in only about 5 minutes! It is recommended with milk! Enjoy!
Recipe Instructions:
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder Confectioners’ sugar (for garnish)
What to do:
Microwave the butter in a mug for 10 to 20 seconds, until melted. Crack the egg into a separate bowl and whisk slightly. Pour it over the butter, and whisk away!
Beat in the sugar and cocoa powder.
Cook in the microwave on high for 1 minute, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Sift a little confectioners’ sugar on top for a garnish. Dig in with a spoon.
