Cocoa Cake-in-a-Mug

This is ready in only about 5 minutes! It is recommended with milk! Enjoy!

Recipe Instructions:

  1. 1 tablespoon butter

  2. 1 egg

  3. ¼ cup sugar

  4. 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder Confectioners’ sugar (for garnish)

What to do:

  1. Microwave the butter in a mug for 10 to 20 seconds, until melted. Crack the egg into a separate bowl and whisk slightly. Pour it over the butter, and whisk away!

  2. Beat in the sugar and cocoa powder.

  3. Cook in the microwave on high for 1 minute, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Sift a little confectioners’ sugar on top for a garnish. Dig in with a spoon.
