A delicious summer appetizer! So good it’s hard to stop eating them.
Ingredients
1 pack of square ham sandwich meat (not deli)
1 8-ounce pack of softened cream cheese
Chopped onion to taste
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt
Instructions
Mix cream cheese, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt together. Lay ham slices on foil or wax paper. Spread creamed mixture on entire slice of ham (6 or 8 slices). Roll up in a roll. Cut thin slices and place on Ritz crackers.
