Granola Cereal

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups ready to eat whole wheat cereal flakes
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
3/4 cup sesame seeds 
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup coconut

Instructions
Heat butter or margarine, vanilla, and honey in a large saucepan until butter is melted.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.  Spread on two jelly roll pans covered with parchment paper.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes or until golden.  Cool, remove from pans; place in an airtight storage container and stir in 1 cup raisins.  

Note:  Do not add raisins before baking.
