Ingredients
1 unbaked pie crust  (regular sized - not deep dish)  (or 6 mini pie shells) 
1 stick butter 
2 squares Baker’s semisweet chocolate 
1 cup sugar 
2 eggs - beaten 
1 teaspoon vanilla 
dash of salt
Instructions
Melt butter and chocolate over low-medium heat in a saucepan.  Mix other ingredients in bowl.  Pour chocolate/butter mixture into bowl and mix.  Pour mixture into pie curst and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.  Optional: top with whipped cream.  Serve
