Ingredients
16 ounces cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
2 teaspoons onion, chopped
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
Instructions
Cream together cream cheese and pineapple. Add green pepper, onion, seasoning salt, and 1/2 cup of the pecans. Shape into a ball and cover with remaining pecans.
