Ingredients
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
2 cups herb stuffing mix
2 onions, chopped fine
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
Instructions
Cook spinach, drain well. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Add other ingredients. Refrigerate until a little firm. Shape into balls. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Can be frozen and reheated or frozen before baking. Makes 75 balls.
