Ingredients:
Casserole
Small Cabbage
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Stick Melted Butter
Topping
1 Stick Melted Butter
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Sleeve Crushed Ritz Crackers
Instructions:
Spray 9”x13” baking pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut up small cabbage and put in bottom of pan. Cut up Vidalia onion and put on top of cabbage.
Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 cup mayonnaise, and 1/2 stick melted butter. Spoon over onions.
Mix 1 stick melted butter, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and 1 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers. Mix well and put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
