Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
6 teaspoons all purpose flour
2 cups grated cheese (sharp)
2 20 ounce cans crushed pineapple, drained.
Reserve 6 tablespoons juice
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix sugar and flour. Stir in cheese, add pineapple. Pour into greased casserole dish. Combine crackers, butter, and reserved juice for topping. Bake 25-30 minutes until browned.
