Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients 
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed


Instructions 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Cook broccoli and drain; add mayonnaise, eggs, onion, and 1 cup of cheese;  mix well.  Pour mixture into casserole dish.  Spread the soup over top and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.  Melt butter, adding crumbled crackers and mix well.  Sprinkle over top of casserole making a good even layer.  Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
