Brownies

Ingredients 
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cooking oil
2/3 cup plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons cocoa
3/4 cup nuts (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions 
Beat eggs, then slowly add 1 cup sugar, mixing well.  Add cooking oil.  Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa and add to mixture.  Stir in nuts and vanilla.  Put in a greased 8”x8” pan and bake until done (30 to 35 minutes).

Note:  Double all ingredients and bake in a 9”x13” pan for a bigger batch of delicious brownies.
