Forty-three adults signed up to be pen pals this year. What a super response to this WMU and Children's Ministry Project! Children in 1st Explorers and school-aged children of the church who aren't in 1st Explorers are receiving cards and letters a couple of times a month from their grown-up pen pals. You should see the children's faces when they get a letter! The children's missions leaders are providing opportunities for the children to learn to write letters back so, hopefully, adults' faces will be lighting up soon when they open their mailboxes.
