Ingredients
1 15 ounce can sliced beets
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup liquid from the beets
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in vinegar and liquid from the beets and cook over low heat until thickened. Add beets and butter.
