Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package frozen mixed veggies, thawed
2 cups cubed chicken or turkey
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup all purpose baking mix (Jiffy)

Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.  Stir soup, veggies, and chicken into a 9”x13” greased baking dish.  Stir milk, egg, and baking mix in a bowl.  Spoon the batter over the chicken/veggie mixture.  Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees F or until golden brown.
