Dutch Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 can tomato sauce (8 ounce can)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Mix above ingredients and shape into loaf. Make sauce:

1/2 can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup water 

Pour the sauce over meatloaf and bake about 1 hour, basting at least once.  Serve on a bed of noodles or with desired veggies.
