Ingredients
2 bags of Chester’s Puffcorn, butter flavored popcorn in blue bag
2 sticks of unsalted butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Karo syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
Instructions
(I use an aluminum disposable pan—sides needed)
Preheat oven 250-275 degrees, depending on your oven. (250 degrees works best for me.)
Boil butter, brown sugar, and syrup for 2 minutes in saucepan. Take off stove and add baking soda and stir till mixed well. Pour on the puffed corn which you have put into the disposable aluminum pan and toss till coated. Bake for 15 minutes and stir and put back in for 3 more times for a total of 4 times.
