Mango Milkshake

A WorldCrafts recipe from Nepal that is tasty and nutritious.

1 cup mango

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup regular yogurt

2 tablespoons sugar

1 cup ice-cold water

Peel and cut the mango into small pieces and puree in blender.  Add yogurt, sugar, milk, and water and blend it all for about 2 to 3 minutes or until you see a little foam forming in the mixture.  Enjoy!
