Country Barbeque Ribs

The slow cooker makes this a quick and delicious dish to prepare.

  • 2 1/2 to 3 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

In slow cooker, place ribs. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture over ribs. Cover. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Makes 4 servings.
