Sausage Casserole

Ingredients 
2 pounds sausage
3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
6 eggs
1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions 
Brown sausage in skillet.  Combine milk, biscuit mix, and eggs and mix for 1 minute with electric mixer.  Spread sausage in greased 13x9x2-inch pan and cover with the biscuit mixture.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Bake at 400 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes.  Makes 12-16 servings.  This is a good brunch dish.
