It was a chilly, damp afternoon, but Sylva FBC was a fun and inviting place for trick-or-treaters participating in the Bat Trail on Saturday, October 30. There was a Bat Candy Chute that delivered candy hands-free and with a big swoooosh. Children (and adults) could have their photos taken at the Bat Cut-Out. There was a coloring station and a monster-sized Connect 4 game that drew a lot of attention. And. . .there was candy galore thanks to the generous donations from church members!
This wonderful offering to the community would not have been possible without the 25 volunteers who came out to spend 1, 2, or 4 hours helping. Thank you! It was a great day!
