Ingredients
6-8 boneless chicken thighs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red chili pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 stick of butter
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1/3 cup chicken broth
Juice of one Lemon
Chopped parsley
Instructions
Place chicken in crockpot. Combine 1/3 cup chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest. Pour over chicken. Add seasonings. Top chicken with minced garlic and diced butter. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Serve with noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
