Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli or 3 to 4 large heads

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)

  • 1 or 2 small chopped onions

  • 1 egg, unbeaten

  • Cheese crackers

  • Butter


    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes and drain. Add remaining ingredients (except for crackers and butter) and blend together well. Top with crushed cheese crackers. Dot with butter. Bake in baking dish 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
