Shrimp Spaghetti

  • 1 16 oz box spaghetti

  • 1 lb raw shrimp fresh or frozen

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp parsley

  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Dash of water from cooked pasta


    1. Prepare 16 oz Spaghetti by box directions

    2. Place Olive Oil, Butter, and Garlic Powder in sauté pan.
    3. Add Shrimp and cook until pink. 4 to 5 minutes. Remove shrimp and dry with a Paper towel. Add parsley.
    4. Drain pasta and place it in a bowl. Add shrimp and butter garlic sauce.

    Very simple, serve with garlic bread!
