Hungarian Cucumber Salad recipe!

Hungarian Cucumber Salad

  • 1 cucumbers

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 

  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (optional)

  • 1/2 cup of sour cream

  • Paprika

  • Black Pepper

Pare cucumbers; cut into paper thin slices; place in bowl. Toss with salt. Refrigerate up to 2 hours. Drain cucumbers, squeezing out water (as dry as possible). Blend vinegar with mayonnaise and sour cream an stir into cucumbers, mixing well. Sprinkle with paprika and black pepper.
