3-Ingredient Breakfast Oatmeal Cookie

2 medium bananas (the more ripe, the sweeter)
1 1/2 cup oatmeal (rolled or quick or a combo)
1/3 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Mash banana in a bowl.
Add oats (if using rolled oats, allow to sit in the bananas 20-30 minutes to absorb moisture)
Add chips and mix.
Mixture will not flatten much as they cook. Form balls with a heaping tablespoon and place on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten/shape cookie until light brown at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Store in refrigerator. You can also add cinnamon, nuts, or raisins!
