Cheese Rolled Wheat or Oats Bread

“One of my Mother’s favorite bread recipes”
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 cup rolled wheat or oats. Add 2 eggs beaten with a fork. Stir in 1 cup water and 2 tablespoons of oil or melted margarine/butter. Add 1 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese. Mix well. Spoon into greased loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until done.
