Volunteer Needs at United Christian Ministries
Food Pantry Worker – This person assists the client with the selection of food.
Stocker -- This person checks food expiration dates, accepts food from donors, and stocks shelves.
Shopper -- Takes list and make purchases of needed items and shelves these items. Picks up food from grocery store, donated pizzas, etc.
Food Transport Assistant -- Loads food from Manna Food Truck, brings to UCM and unloads it.
Front Desk Assistant -- Greets everyone. Gets information, pulls folders, and records services given.
Counselor -- Talks with each client to assess needs.
