Chris E Burrell, father of Virginia Milligan and Frank Burrell, died Tuesday morning. He was 95 years old. Services will be held at Appalachian Funeral Home on Thursday. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Masonic rites at Fairview cemetery.
